Terms & Conditions

Last updated 25 August 2026

Thank you for using Crawford2U. These terms govern your use of the Crawford2U mobile application and this website (together, the “Platform”) and every order you place through them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

1. Who you are contracting with#

Seller
MMS Lifestyle LLP
Registered office
92 Sarang Street, Mumbai 400003, Maharashtra, India
Contact
mmslife22@gmail.com

MMS Lifestyle LLP is a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and is registered with limited liability.

2. Accepting these terms#

By creating an account, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order, so a later change never applies backwards to something you have already bought. Where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

3. What we do#

We sell our own goods. Crawford2U is not a marketplace: there are no third-party sellers on the Platform, and you are buying from us directly. That means the responsibility for what we sell — its description, its condition on delivery, and putting it right if something is wrong — is ours, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

We deliver in selected areas only. Whether we can deliver to a given address is shown at checkout.

4. Eligibility#

  • You must be 18 or over and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • The Platform is for consumers buying for their own use. It is not for retailers, wholesalers, institutions or any other business-to-business buyer.
  • If you are ordering on behalf of someone else or an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
  • We may refuse or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

5. Your account#

  • You need an account to order. We sign you in with a one-time password sent to your mobile number, so there is no password for you to remember — or for us to lose.
  • Keep control of that number and of your device. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
  • Keep your details accurate and current. An order can fail simply because the address or phone number is wrong.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the app. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what we must keep.
  • Registering your number means we may contact you about your orders by push notification, WhatsApp and email. You cannot opt out of messages about an order you have placed — a delivery update is part of the service, not marketing.

6. Your licence to use the Platform#

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform for your own lawful shopping. That licence does not extend to:

  • Reselling or commercially exploiting the Platform or anything on it.
  • Copying, extracting or reusing our catalogue, descriptions, images or prices — including by scraping, crawling, data mining, bots or any other automated collection.
  • Framing the Platform, or using our name, logo or marks in hidden text or metadata.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems, probing or testing its security, or interfering with its operation.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or deriving source code from the app.

Unauthorised use ends the licence automatically.

7. Orders and acceptance#

Listing an item is an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms only when we confirm the order has been accepted — not when payment is taken.

  • We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
  • If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. Nothing further is owed.

8. Product information#

We aim to describe and price everything accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices or other content are always accurate, complete, current or error-free. Photographs are illustrative, and colour, size, shape and packaging — and the appearance of natural or handmade goods — can vary from what appears on your screen.

Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it, and we will tell you before doing so.

9. Prices, charges and payment#

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. They can vary between orders depending on cart value, distance and demand.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but never after your order has been accepted.
  • Card, UPI and netbanking payments are handled by our payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or CVV.
  • If you are directed to a payment provider, that provider’s own terms govern that step.
  • Your bank or card issuer may add its own transaction fee. That is between you and them.
  • You confirm you are entitled to use the payment method you give us.
  • Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and addresses. The exact amount must be paid to the delivery agent on handover — neither less nor more.
  • Coupons and offers carry their own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

10. Invoices and taxes#

A tax invoice is issued for every order, in accordance with the applicable GST law, and is available in the app once the order is delivered. The MRP shown is as printed on the product packaging; what you actually pay may differ because of discounts or offers applied at checkout.

11. Delivery#

We deliver through our own delivery agents. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries can be delayed by traffic, weather, demand, building or society access rules, an unreachable phone, or other things outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

12. Our delivery agents#

Please treat our delivery agents with courtesy and respect. We will withhold or withdraw access to the Platform where someone behaves towards an agent in a way that is abusive, discourteous, threatening or otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.

Our agents work for us, and we are answerable for the delivery service they provide. If something goes wrong with a delivery, raise it with us.

13. Cancellations, returns and refunds#

Cancelling
You can cancel any time before the order is dispatched. Once it is with a delivery agent it cannot be cancelled.
Non-FMCG items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
FMCG items
Perfumes, cosmetics and anything food-related cannot be returned, for hygiene and expiry reasons.
Damaged, wrong or expired
Tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will refund or replace it in full, at our cost. This is your right whatever the category.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. The original delivery charge is not refunded.
Failed delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number was wrong, nobody was available, or entry was refused, we may charge the cost of the attempt.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. What you confirm when you order#

  • That the delivery details you give — recipient name, address and phone number — are correct, and that you are responsible for paying for orders placed through your account, whether they are delivered to you or to someone else.
  • That if you ask an agent to leave an order at your door or hand it to someone else, the goods are your responsibility from that point. We cannot be held responsible for what happens to an order left unattended.
  • That where you give us someone else’s details as the recipient, you have their permission to do so.
  • That you will use the goods lawfully, and that the information you give us is true.
  • That if the information you give turns out to be false, we may cancel your orders and refuse further service.

15. Acceptable use#

You agree not to use the Platform to post, send or submit anything that:

  • Is unlawful, or breaches these terms.
  • Belongs to someone else, or infringes anyone’s copyright, trade mark or other rights.
  • Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or objectionable on grounds of race, religion or ethnicity.
  • Harms a minor in any way.
  • Impersonates another person, or disguises the origin of what you send.
  • Is knowingly false or misleading, including a review of something you did not buy or an opinion you were paid to give.
  • Is commercial — spam, advertising, chain messages or solicitation.
  • Contains a virus or any code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to any system.
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, or public order.

We are not obliged to monitor what people post, but we may, and we may remove anything that breaches these terms or disable an account without prior notice. What you post is your responsibility, not ours.

16. Reviews and content you submit#

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and reproduce it in connection with the Platform, together with the name you post it under.

A review must reflect an experience you actually had, and you confirm you were not paid or otherwise rewarded for it. Reviews are the personal opinions of the people who write them and are not our views. We may remove a review, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any of them, and we do not edit reviews to make our products look better.

If you send us a suggestion about the service, we may act on it without owing you anything for it — please do not send us confidential ideas.

17. Our intellectual property#

The Crawford2U name and logo, the app and website, and their design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors. Using the Platform grants you no right or licence in any of it. Brand names and trade marks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.

18. Reporting infringement#

If you believe something on the Platform infringes your intellectual property, write to mmslife22@gmail.com with details of the right you hold and where the material appears. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. Knowingly reporting false or misleading information can carry civil or criminal liability.

19. Privacy#

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the rights you have. It forms part of these terms, and by using the Platform you consent to it.

20. Beware of impostors#

We will never ask you for your OTP, your card number, your CVV or your UPI PIN.

Not by phone, not by email, not by message, not ever. Anyone who does is not us, however convincing they sound and whatever number they call from. Do not share those details, and do not act on a request to install screen-sharing software or transfer money to “verify” anything.

We contact you only through the app, WhatsApp and email from mmslife22@gmail.com. Please report anything suspicious to that address. We are not responsible for losses caused by communications that did not come from us.

21. Disclaimers#

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We provide it with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we are not responsible for faults in your device, your network or your internet connection.

Nothing in this section reduces our responsibility for the goods we sell you. That responsibility is set out in the sections above and in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

22. Liability#

  • Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, reputation or data.
  • Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

23. Indemnity#

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Platform, anything you post, or your infringement of someone else’s rights. We will tell you about any such claim and you agree to cooperate with us in dealing with it. This survives the ending of these terms.

24. Events outside our control#

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, failures of public infrastructure or telecommunications, and government action. Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel it for a full refund.

25. Suspension and termination#

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or abusively, where the eligibility conditions are not met, or where these terms are being breached. You may close your account at any time from the app.

Ending these terms does not affect your obligation to pay for anything already ordered, nor any liability that has already arisen. The sections on content licences, indemnity, liability and governing law survive it.

26. Grievance redressal#

Please contact us first at mmslife22@gmail.com — most things are resolved there. If you are not satisfied, the officer appointed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is:

27. Governing law and jurisdiction#

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, save that this does not deprive you of the protection of any consumer forum available to you where you live.

28. General#

Entire agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
Severability
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues in force.
No waiver
A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
No partnership
Nothing here creates a partnership or agency between us, and you cannot bind us.
Headings
Section headings are for reference and do not affect interpretation.
